our labor conflict with the company. Already lapsed several days

L'entreprise
INTERNATIONAL ELEVATOR INC est le représentant exclusif des
ascenseurs Otis en Colombie.
La Convention Collective de l'entreprise est en renégociation.
S'appuyant
sur la politique gouvernementale, la logique ultra libérale
de la direction conduit à une Convention d'entreprise au
minimum légal.
Ce sont 40 années de luttes syndicales qui sont remises en
cause :

Perte d'environ 5 jours de congés annuels |

Suppression de la prime de Noël (environ 30 jours de salaire) |

Suppression de la prime de juin (environ 26 jours de salaire) |

Suppression de la prime d'ancienneté (entre 20 et 39

Réduction des cotisations patronales |

Liberté totale pour faire sous-traiter partie d'activité
de l'entreprise |

aucun moment la direction ne s'est intéressée à
nos propositions qui prennent en compte la situation économique,
sociale et politique de notre pays. Elle ignore nos pétitions.
Nous
portons à votre connaissance notre conflit face à
la voracité d'une direction du groupe Otis et nous faisons
appel à votre intervention.
Votre
solidarité
par la dénonciation des objectifs de la direction et votre
vigilance pèsera favorablement dans cette négociation.
